Carramello baked oats 

My go-to sweet breakfast caramello baked oats! These low-calorie, high-protein oats are the perfect way to start your day.

Ingredients: ​

  • 1/2  cup oats 

  • 30g banana

  • 20g protein 

  • 1 egg 

  • 25 ml milk of your choice

  • Dash of baking soda 

  • Flavour drops

  • 20g sugar-free chocolate chips 

  • Caramello chocolate egg 

 

Optional toppings: 

Natvia caramel sauce 

Mingle chocolate topping

Method:

  • Add oats, banana, protein, egg, milk, baking soda and flavour drops to a blender 

  • Blend then pour half into a air fry safe dish 

  • Add 10g of chocolate chips and Caramello egg to the centre 

  • Cover with the rest of your oat mix

  • Add to air fryer on 190 degrees for 8 mins 

  • Top with your go-to toppings and ENJOY!
