Carramello baked oats
My go-to sweet breakfast caramello baked oats! These low-calorie, high-protein oats are the perfect way to start your day.
Ingredients:

1/2 cup oats
-
30g banana
-
20g protein
-
1 egg
-
25 ml milk of your choice
-
Dash of baking soda
-
Flavour drops
-
20g sugar-free chocolate chips
-
Caramello chocolate egg
Optional toppings:
Natvia caramel sauce
Mingle chocolate topping

Method:

Add oats, banana, protein, egg, milk, baking soda and flavour drops to a blender

Blend then pour half into a air fry safe dish

Add 10g of chocolate chips and Caramello egg to the centre
-
Cover with the rest of your oat mix
-
Add to air fryer on 190 degrees for 8 mins

Top with your go-to toppings and ENJOY!
